Association (NHSA) is a non-profit corporation (501(c)(4) corp.) registered with
the NH Secretary of State and organized to represent shorefront property owners
and interested parties in regulatory, legislative, and political efforts in the
State of New Hampshire. Membership is open to anyone
interested in the balanced management of shorefront resources.

promoting awareness and input to legislative and rule-making processes
as they relate to waterfront property owners.

MISSION: to
safeguard and maintain a balance between water quality protection,
environmental stewardship, and private property rights as they
relate to shorefront property owners in the State of New Hampshire.
Obviously, financial contributions are greatly appreciated, but
we also need your help!
Membership guarantees your awareness of issues and
regulatory changes which may affect
your future plans, property rights, and investment value.
Our goal is to balance individual private
property rights with water quality
protection in a fair and reasonable manner. It can be done!
